The most important thing in the life of a diabetic is
- DIET -

Diet is the critical factor in diabetes management. Everything you eat and drink impacts how good you feel.

Some say there is no such thing as a diabetic diet, but the dictionary definition of diet is:

  • A regulated course of food and drink especially one prescribed for reasons of health.

  • Food as regards its nutritive value

  • To take food and drink according to a regimen

We all need to be aware of the food and drink we consume, together with its nutritive value and adhere to a regimen that is suitable for each individual, that is - keep to our DIET.
